Selling is Simple!

Dan has been a support tech for Softpress for a number of years–he’s 26, a committed Mac user and marine biologist. With an eye towards selling some of his photographs (of marine and nature subjects from around the world), Dan has built a website with store functionality.

Dan says:

“While I have been building and maintaining websites with Freeway for a few years now (all the way from version 1 of Freeway) I have never taken the time to build a site with e-commerce functionality. I have used the web to allow people to see my photos and occasionally writings, but just couldn't be bothered digging too deeply into the code required to integrate a store into my site.

“Now, after only a hour and a half or so of playing with the Freeway Shop actions, I have a fully functional store and payments solution - all I need to do now is to work out how to produce and ship what I am selling.”
