How it Works• For technical questions, you will need to know your serial number, operating system, Freeway version. • Make sure you are by your machine in case the operative needs to talk you through a sequence. For complicated problems, you may be asked to follow-up your call with an email and/or a file. • For sales queries, please consult our website first. If the answer is not found, we are happy to make best efforts to help by telephone. • There will be times when your questions will be referred to our main office in the UK or our main worldwide Support team. You may also be asked to leave a message–we will endeavor to reply in good time. • Our goal is to provide you, the user, with the best possible customer service, including access to real live human beings.
You can also use Skype to call AACTT.
AACTT will initially be handling sales and support enquiries, and order taking, over the telephone on 847 380 1899 or by Skype. They will also be running courses at its Palatine Illinois premises and other locations throughout the United States. Softpress’ own excellent, free and responsive e-mail support will continue to handle the bulk of advanced queries.
